The food is delicious and big. good dessert and great selection in the menu. a very good place in denpasar. unfortunately not enough space to sit.
Cozy restaurant with a small business along the wall (nuts, protein powder, etc. it is not a bad place to eat in denpasar, but I would not go out for it. I've been here a couple times; the portions are not very large, taste is somewhat above average. but the ingredients themselves are quite good, and it is a good place to rest from the outer crazy streets. in ubud there are much better things to eat for this same price, or cheaper. my meal was 53k, livet platter. the sambal kemangi had very little kemangi. the cakes look good, but maybe I'll try that if there's one next time. updated by previous review on 2021-08-27
Bodhi Leaf is a small café with a delicious and wide variety of vegan dishes from around the world, with a focus on Indonesian and Chinese cuisine. The soto soup was generously sized and flavorful, but the "green Thai curry" was lacking traditional Thai ingredients such as coconut milk, galangal, lemongrass, basil, and chili. It tasted more like a pesto than a curry. The papaya salad didn't actually contain papaya and the rice crisps resembled Mexican tortilla chips. Overall, Bodhi Leaf is a great spot for vegan food, just be cautious about the accuracy of non-Indonesian food descriptions.
