I find myself eating here about four days a week. It's become my go-to spot for breakfast. My only complaint is that they serve the eggs on cold plates! It wouldn’t take much effort to warm the plates before serving the eggs. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Grumpy's:
I waited around 15-20 minutes for a table between 9:30 and 10, which wasn’t too bad. However, when the food arrived, none of us were particularly impressed. The flavors just didn’t suit our tastes. The French toast had cream cheese that was overpoweringly sweet—I couldn’t even finish it. The hash browns were the same size as those from McDonald's and had a fishy taste. This is the best breakfast spot on The Cape! Make sure to stop by for the tastiest omelettes and a variety of breakfast options. If you see a line outside, don’t be concerned; they handle it quickly, and the staff is very friendly. The servers are excellent and the food is delicious! If the lobster omelette is on the menu and it fits your budget, definitely go for that! You won’t be disappointed with any of the French Toast selections, and the egg dishes are always a great choice.

Great breakfast. There was a line to sit out of the door, but it moved quite fast. Service was wonderful.
There is always a line, so you expect that. I really believe that this was the best and quickest breakfast (it was ordered once) that I ever had on the Cape. Must it? ve come out in 5 minutes I was totally shocked. To be so busy, the food and service was excellent. I ordered the blueberry chocolate French toast and the special homeries. They didn't buy because we were so full, but the muffins saw to die! This was about 40 minutes from where we stay, but if I could, I would come here every weekend.
