The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The cocktails were great and the atmosphere was fun. I tried the Elote Margarita, which was fantastic. The poutine was outstanding, even better than traditional fries, and the Clam Chowder was above average. I would definitely order them again. I also had the scallops, which were a bit pricey but there were about a dozen of them and they were worth it. View all feedback.
What Sidney Johns doesn't like about Cleat Anchor:
I ordered the pasta special without the protein, opting for the veggie pasta instead. When I asked the waitress if the price included the protein, she said yes. However, the manager then informed us that they could not change the price because they do not allow substitutions. Dinner on a Monday evening was quiet, but very good. many seats inside and outside. we all enjoyed our dinners including the brisket and pork sandwiches (delicious burger and huge hotdog! all meals came with perpetrators' bags instead of fries – they are great! gluten-free frit for all meals and very gluten conscious! we're coming back!
We decided to check out The Cleat Anchor and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and lively atmosphere at this large smokehouse.
The beautiful atmosphere and location make this the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious meal, great mimosas, and more. This is the place to be.
What a way to start the weekend. We were greeted by the friendliest hostess who made us feel welcome. The waiter had a great personality! The Seafood poutine was delicious and I would have eaten this a meal. Plenty fir 4 to share. Every dish was perfectly cooked and flavorful. We will be back!!
Nice bar, lively crowd. Good pulled pork sandwich, good service. Some interesting items on the menu (poutine using tatertots and clam chowder!
