Mcdonald's - Denmark

When I checked my receipt, I realized I had ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal but didn't receive the meal option. I had specifically asked for a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with a large fry and a McFlurry. The woman at the counter told me I couldn't substitute the McFlurry for a drink, so I ended up having to order both separately. Just as we were finishing up our meal, my little sister was sitting next to a wall with a large painting above her. The painting suddenly fell and almost hit her, but thankfully, my grandma was quick enough to put her arm out to prevent it from hitting her. It took about a minute for someone to come out from the back to see what had happened. When I informed him about the painting, he merely nodded and said nothing else. I shot him a confused look, as he had taken his time to respond. My brother, who was strong enough to lift the heavy painting, had the guy approach him and say, "I got this, little man." However, the worker struggled and eventually had to ask the woman who served us to help lift it back up. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I left feeling unsatisfied. I'm not sure if I’ll return to this McDonald’s again.
