Walk On's Sports Bistreaux Juban Crossing

I'm updating my review based on my 7/27/2024 experience. I visited Walk-On's with my husband and mother. We ordered our food and noticed other tables that came in after us being served. We didn't stop our waitress because it was very busy. She came over and apologized for the long wait time. After 30-40 minutes the waitress and manager came over with our food. The manager offered us free dessert for the long wait time. Our food was nice aside from obviously being reheaded in a microwave (fish was rubber on 2 meals, plates blazing hot). No one complained. We ordered 3 desserts. The waitress came back and said the manager would only approve 1 free dessert. I'm not a big sweet fan so I ordered 2 cookie/ice cream desserts (one expected to be free). Both cookies were raw in the middle. My husband couldn't eat his and my mom (being polite) and the edges of the cookie and some ice cream. I was also charged for switching sides from brocoli to green beans $1.29!!!!! This place has price gouged and disrespected long time customers!

Great food. Best server ever. I had Tabitha as a server. She was very friendly and funny. Made me felt welcomed. I will definitely be back and asking for her.

Nice greetings, was welcomed as entered and left. I enjoy socializing, so I sat at the bar. The servers are attentive, care for my needs, listen to my problems when they have the time as they serve others. I'll enjoy the next visit. Ask for (Kaity) They have specials on food and drinks certain time and days.

The food was amazing but the main reason I will return is because of my server, Tabitha. She is so good at her job that I suggest that when you go, ask to be seated in her section. Tabitha is not only friendly, she is also very efficient and knowledgeable.

Was really expensive for bar food. Was good ,but the beer could have been cheaper!
