Costa Coffee - Denbighshire

I fail to understand how my personal life and the identity of my daughter's father have any relevance to the staff and customers at this restaurant. This information is private for a reason. I am aware of who he is, and he is not from this area, therefore it is inappropriate to bring up my name and my daughter's name in conversation at Costa. It was extremely offensive to be told to "fxxk off" by staff when inquiring how the conversation began. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

The exceptional staff at this restaurant always exceed expectations, making it one of the reasons we keep coming back. The delicious coffee and tea cakes only add to the wonderful experience.

The restaurant is better than my previous visit, however I found the drinks to be overpriced. Kids seem to have a great time there. The staff is friendly, though the tables are still sticky. Overall, it was a nice visit. The kids had frappes and the peach ice tea was enjoyable.

I should have suspected something when the sanitizer didn’t work! Awful attitude of a member of staff called Vicky over a gift card was out of date and accusing me of lieing !! When I said I had used it day before! And then gave me wrong number to speak Costa direct and then said if I want to complain I would basically be wasting my time as they are not owed by Costa and so don’t answer to them ? COSTA TAKE NOTE not doing your image any good !

Popped in at lunch time, wondered why there was not a single person in there.....and then I realised why, it's lunch time, but no lunch time offering, just a couple of M&S sandwiches which were over priced at £4.40 each.....and then buy your coffee. Asked if there was anything else available, got told no just what's in there.....so we left!
