I really enjoy the bar area the most. The high table in the corner offers the best views. The menu is identical to that of the restaurant, and they also have an outdoor terrace.

My sister and I had an incredible experience at Canyon Steakhouse. Our server, Elizabeth, was exceptionally courteous and professional, providing a level of service you'd expect at a five-star restaurant. The food was the best I've had anywhere, and I've had the chance to travel and try various cuisines. Thank you, Elizabeth, for such a wonderful and enjoyable experience. Two sisters highly recommend this place!

One of the best restaurants I have ever dined at. The food was exceptional, and the customer service was unmatched. Overall, the quality of food we experienced in Alaska was disappointing.

The service was excellent I am very lactose intolerant they made sure that none of my foods had any dairy I ordered the fillet super delicate and seasoned perfect where the vegetables

We started w the Wedge salad and french onion soup. Both were large servings and tasty. Three of us had the Beef tenderloin (filet), two had the Braised Ribs and one had the Pork chop. All was fall-off-the-bone fantastic!! For dessert it was four bread puddings, one mud pie and one berry tart. Our only criticism is warm the bread pudding!!! Two bottles of red nicely rounded out this highly recommended meal. Make a reservation!!
