What Mima Aragonès doesn't like about Pizza Factory:
I place a time order online with almost two hours in advance and to be curbside pickup, when I got there and call to pick up my order they told me my order wasn’t ready and then they won’t be able to take it o my car because they were short stuff, I can understand that but place an order around 2:30 to be ready at 4:45 and have to wait another 15 minutes for my order to be ready, maybe the wrong day I don’t know. Used to love this place but the last time I went there the food was pretty baf... they let me wait 30 mins for them to make what I ordered and then when they handed me my pizza they told me that they didn't have half of the ingredients that should have been on the pizza I ordered.... Great pizza and they are usually really quick! The Wednesday special is great for a quick dinner during the week and if you eat there, it's always clean! The arcade section is kind of disappointing but it does the job for my daughter while we wait!
