Quite possibly the strangest conversation ever had about delivering a package. My package was too heavy in their eyes, but I had received it in this capacity via DHL and it had to be sent back via DHL in the same way. Then I get a whole lecture about how they are not a parcel distribution center and how I even think about bringing this in. The blonde lady (without glasses) who cashed us in today at 3.30 p.m. definitely deserves a badge in listlessness. There was no reply to our hello, just as she did not think it necessary to communicate the total amount. She didn't speak a single word and thus conveyed a maximum lack of motivation. That's a pity, because the articles from HEMA are actually very nice it's just that shopping with such ghosts at the checkout is no fun!

After complaints from husband and daughter about an older lady at HEMA, this time I took my package to HEMA myself. Nowadays you have to scan your package yourself. Unfortunately, this did not work with my package, nor with my husband and daughter. Machine indicated: report to the counter. The husband and daughter were not properly helped by this lady, because there is a machine there. They have handed in the package elsewhere. At the counter was the same older woman as indicated above: no, you MUST do this yourself. Even after indicating that it was not working, this lady was too embarrassed to get off her chair to help, or to ask what was not working. Try again, same thing again with another customer: report to the counter. This lady was not happy that I indicated again that I had to report to the counter. Because 'it 's not that difficult after all ', she reluctantly got up from her chair and actually discovered that it did NOT work. Amok, she grabbed the DHL scanner that is next to her on the counter, scanned the package to be sent and it was arranged. Very annoying to be approached in this way, I will also hand in or pick up my packages at other DHL points more often.
Verveelde vrouw (personeel) bij de restauratie. Staat verveeld bij de afwas en als je der iets vraagt geeft ze een geïrriteerd antwoord. Eten leek wel langer daar te liggen dan aangegeven sticker IN/OUT. Personeel mag wel een training klantvriendelijkheid krijgen!!
Hema Den Helder kunnen jullie de banket staven, wat langer of op een andere temperatuur afbakken. Deze zijn echt te bleek en missen de krokante bite!
