This place offers some of the best food in Northwest Indiana. During our visit to the Ponderosa Resort, we discovered this gem by the pool. They serve fantastic burgers and feature a special dish every Wednesday and Friday evening, including ribs, Swedish meatballs, chicken parm, Cuban sandwiches, barbacoa tacos, and Manhattan sandwiches.
