Their prices are incredibly high, charging nearly $7 for a small iced white mocha, and they didn't even include the white chocolate syrup. The overall quality and taste of the drinks were disappointing as well. The staff could benefit from better training or should experience other Starbucks locations to understand the difference in service and product quality.
