Caution! The lids on drinks are never secured tightly here, which means you're likely to spill your beverage. This issue happens every time I visit, and it's only at this location!
I stopped at a Starbucks in a remote area, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I ordered a Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, and it was delicious!
Terrible service. The girl with the winged eyeliner and blonde bangs could really use some retraining in customer service.
I have to say, Starbucks, this location really needs improvement. The staff seems unmotivated and there's poor management. It's the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. You might want to consider trying Petro Coffee instead.
This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I ordered a large black coffee, but instead of letting it brew completely, the barista filled my cup while it was still brewing, resulting in a terrible taste. I had to wait a long time, and when I finally got my drink, I had to remind the staff about the sweet I ordered. The employees clearly need better training; it feels like they rush through everything when they know you're in a hurry. I wouldn't recommend stopping here—it's not worth your money. Just head to the Dairy Queen at the next exit instead.
