This place was found after our usual Deming stop for the commemorative day. I have to say we were not disappointed. Both I and my daughter had the combination plate they were from Chile Rellenos. We didn't care how we didn't believe them. Instead, I was allowed to subdue a shredded beef. The rice was cooked for perfection.
