Those are two... read more I keep having issues with my orders. I came in and requested a large iced decaf vanilla latte, but instead, I received a large iced decaf coffee. Those are two completely different drinks. I also asked for a toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, but got just a toasted bagel without any cream cheese. This isn't the first time this has happened; they really need to improve their service.

I asked a couple of times and was told my order was still being prepared. After such a long wait, I decided to leave as it appeared they hadn’t even started making my sandwich.
