I was eighth in line and had to wait about 20 minutes, but the food was good and the burgers were hot. The frosty wasn't overly melted either. However, I felt that customer service could use some improvement. It seemed possible that someone had been rude about the wait. But honestly, I don't mind as long as my food is hot and delicious! eating was terrible together with the staff not polite. burn the chicken and hard. the chicken sandwich was good, but cold. they were hard and cold. the only thing that was good was the unsweetened icestee. we ask for cold and they had none. Delicious! My Classic Bacon, Egg, and Cheese croissant was flavorful, the biscuits and gravy were served hot and fresh, and the potatoes were just made. They even included the napkins and my Ghost Ranch sauce. Everything was perfect! Thank you!
The two sausage gravy biscuits were fresh, hot, and delicious! The seasoned potatoes were also served hot and fresh, coming out wonderfully crispy and tasty! Plus, they included both of my Ghost Pepper Ranch sauces. A+! Thank you, Wendy's!
The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was as delicious as ever, and they prepared it plain just as I requested. The Baconator Fries were topped with fresh bacon strips and arrived warm. Unfortunately, the Bacon Double Stack was a disappointment. I specifically asked for just meat and cheese, but it came piled high with everything else. I ended up having to scrape off large amounts of ketchup that had soaked into the bread, making it inedible.
Great job, evening crew! Everything was perfect. Actually, I never get an incorrect order from this place! Thanks!
