Domino's Pizza - Deltona

If you needed any evidence that we need robots to take over food preparation and customer service, this restaurant will confirm it definitively. While it's not uncommon to find laid-back employees at a pizza place, these workers appear more focused on goofing off than following hygiene protocols. The service and quality at this establishment seem to be subpar, with little regard for customer satisfaction.

I spent an hour waiting for the app to load before giving up and going to a different restaurant.

The restaurant made a mistake with our order, but the manager was true to their word and corrected it by delivering the right order to our home. Excellent customer service saved the day!

I paid $55 for 4 pizza thin crust. I would have ruined the pizza with a pencil, it was so hard and it seemed no hits. I called to let them know, and the dame that answered the phone was not in the customer service industry said she would refund my card - after I had explained starving howie is a few days ahead and it was excellent thin crust she said we are dominoes not hungry howie’s. let's see if I have refunded my card or not....we certainly have not ordered from dominos again. ps the driver was very nice and promptly not her fault she over cooked the pizza!

You ask for extra cheese, no extra cheese, but they will change you for it, then they burn or extra cook it so it looks like they did. You know when you have the teast of a good pizza, then open the box and surprise, if there was a way to put a picture, I would have, no one will read this, they will put this on the back burner.
