Triple O's

Description

Triple O's location at the Chevron station offers a limited menu of delicious White Spot burgers. The staff is friendly, the coffee is hot, and the onion rings are a hit. While some experienced long waits and high prices, many others enjoyed the pleasant staff, quality ingredients, and clean environment. Vegetarian options are available, with a good Impossible burger on the menu. Despite some negatives, this Triple O's stands out as a convenient and tasty spot for a quick bite in Surrey, BC.

I see this Triple O's when I'm driving to and from work, and had been meaning to check it out, considering anytime I've been to the location in Langley on the Bypass it's been delicious and a great experience. I went to the drive thru, and ordered the vege burger combo. I asked if they had a multi grain bun, and the lady said something I couldn't understand. It sounded close to "sure" so I just finished ordering and pulled ahead. After paying, she asked me to pull to the side while I wait for my burger, they will bring it out when it's done. I pulled around and proceeded to wait for them to bring it out to me. I waited for close to 15 minutes, then figured they forgot about me, so I went inside to see what was taking so long. The girl that was on cash was helping another customer, so I stood waiting, and I saw the girl that helped me at the drive thru in the kitchen area and made eye contact . She said to the other girl that was handling the food loud enough for me to hear "she's here, she's right there." They quickly bagged everything and handed the food to me without saying anything. I then said," I was beginning to think you forgot about me." The girl then replied, "well these things take time." I gave her a look of disbelief and just left to my car with the food, not sure what else to say without being rude. At this point I was really hungry, so I un wrapped the food only to realize that they had put it on multi grain bread(this must be what she asked me that I couldn't decipher when I ordered). The bread was huge, hard, and tasted stale. The lettuce was soggy as well, nothing was fresh tasting. it was a very disappointing visit, I'll stick to the location on the bypass from now on.

Do not expect the full menu of White Spot - but if you are "just passing through" or "on-the-go-hungry" this is the, excuse the pun, the "Spot"! Grab a drink while your car whets its thirst!

This Triple O's location is inside of the Chevron station where the Ladner Trunk Road intersects with Highway 99. Triple O's are a express version of the White Spot Restaurants and basically only offers burgers and limited sides. A convenient spot to wet your whistle and give your car a drink also.

I hate to write negative reviews and I don't often but I felt compelled to share this story so that management can fix whatever is wrong with A. (I wont publish your name but its on the receipt). Every single Wednesday, sometimes more than once on a Wednesday I order a crispy cod burger with a slice of cheese. Normally the price is $8.13, at other locations its $7.86. Thats because on Wednesday its a crispy cod for $5.99 plus tax plus the cheese I guess $1.50 or something. Today, Ms. A comes to the window and says $13. I said no, its crispy cod day and every time I pay $8.13. She says oh because you wanted cheese. I said yes but normally you just add a charge for cheese. The attitude I got back was outright disgusting. No offer to check with her colleauge standing right there beside her, northing. She says you want cheese or no. I said ok no cheese. Voila price is $6.55. I even offered to show her last week's bill on my phone. She scoffed. When she comes back to the window she says I didnt charge you for the cheese. I hadn't said anything. I assumed she put cheese and didn't charge me for it. Nope. You know, not only is Triple O Canadian but its the best damn deal in the city for this crispy cod which is an AMAZING sandwich by the way. I expect that level of service from McDonalds, Wendys etc, but not Oh Canada Triple O. I am deeply disappointed and if I could do without the burger I would never be back but I will just go to another location. A. needs to learn customer service. I get that its fast food, but I was extremely pleasant and friendly. Check the video/audio from your recording. My visit was Nov 15 18:57 per the receipt.
