My recent visit last night was a disappointment, as I encountered the worst customer service ever. The employee informed me that the kitchen was closed and refused to serve me, despite my arrival at the site at 9:55 pm after rushing from work to Triple O's located at 14350 64 Ave #101 in Surrey. The poor service and rude attitude displayed by the manager left a negative impression on me. It is clear that the owners need to pay attention to their management team, as the staff should not be closing the doors before the advertised closing time of 10:00 pm. I was not happy with the lack of politeness and humility from the staff, and there was no indication of an apology for the inconvenience. This experience has led me to write this review, as I rarely leave negative feedback.

Triple O Tuesday burger had paper thin tomatoes and pickle, no lettuce. No deal here! Shame. Pay less, get less.
