While the prices at this restaurant were good, I was disappointed in the pizzas. The Hawaiian had minimal pineapple and ham toppings. When I tried to order a Mediterranean pizza, I was told it was not available. Instead, I asked for a vegetable-heavy pizza and was recommended the supreme. I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza for takeout, and my boyfriend went to pick it up. When he arrived, they asked for the phone number we had given them, but he was trying to confirm the exact number with me. The cashier quickly became visibly annoyed and started complaining to a coworker. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing. We had called them twice to place our order, and during the first call, they didn’t seem to understand us and kept asking the same questions. When the food finally arrived, we had requested medium spice, but it was way too spicy, and the cheese had an unpleasant flavor. I don’t plan to return to this restaurant.
The pizza is fantastic, but the person answering the phone doesn’t provide good customer service and doesn't have the right etiquette when interacting with customers.
