Was Caleb C at Pub One20 a mag?
I brought my family to One Twenty for dinner on a weekday evening, and it turned out to be a great experience. The standout dish for us was the stuffed yorkies appetizer. I really appreciate their commitment to using fresh, local ingredients. The service was both friendly and efficient. It was a nice touch to have a local musician playing as well. What Ron C dislikes about Pub One20:
This place can be summed up in one word: disappointing. The service was terrible, the beers were warm, and the food was excessively salty. They’re attempting to create an upscale atmosphere, but it just isn’t working. They should return to serving classic bar food, ice-cold beers, and playing better music. I initially wanted to order the prawn dish and inquired about how many prawns were included and whether rice was part of the meal. I was informed that there were five prawns served on a bed of pickled vegetables, priced at $13, which I found to be exorbitant. Consequently, I chose the chicken skewers with saffron rice instead. To my surprise, the rice was bland and mushy, lacking flavor and tasting predominantly of water with a hint of turmeric for color—clearly not enough to enhance the dish. The side salad, just six limp lettuce leaves, was drenched in a mango dressing that made it soggy. To top it off, the skewers were burnt to a crisp; there wasn’t much chicken left after picking away the charred pieces. My mother ordered a steak that I thought tasted decent, but she didn't share my enthusiasm. They did bring her a second steak, which she felt was acceptable, although later she described it as just "so-so." In my opinion, the second steak appeared overly cooked, and I actually preferred the first one she had shared with me. My grandfather had an overpriced bowl of seafood chowder that was a garish orange and looked watery. Honestly, I could whip up something much better at home, and charging $16 for a small serving? Who dares to ask that for such poor quality! To further diminish the experience, I noticed his saltine crackers were stale—like that was needed! Lastly, my partner ordered the Yorkshire pudding, which was yet another disappointment. It was mediocre at best; the edges were burnt, and the presentation screamed that it was hastily prepared. We can easily do better ourselves in our kitchen. I wouldn't have felt the need to write a negative review, despite the lackluster food, if not for one specific incident. The owner actually scoffed when we mentioned we wouldn't be returning. Our visit was meant to be a belated Mother’s Day celebration, but we left with nothing but a sour taste in our mouths. I strongly advise avoiding this place altogether.
This place is the worst service and they pre tip the the receipt and and don't tell you and I have never ever waited so long for a beer I actually called the bar and they said they would send the waitress right over and I still waited another 5 mins The waitress said the wings where really plump and meaty NOT!!!!! How about we say there's more meat on a chickens foot than these wings Even if your starving and want a beer DONT GO There was eight of us and we all put this together DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Love this place, excellent food, great selection of craft beer. Friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. Lots of TV screens making it a great spot to catch the game. Make sure to order the sliders!

I really appreciate their commitment to using fresh, local ingredients. The service was both friendly and efficient. It was a nice touch to have a local musician playing as well. While the prices were a bit on the high side, they felt reasonable given the quality of the food. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time.
