The skin wasn apos;t crispy nor was it 14 Piece Hot Spicy Bucket spicy based on what we ordered. Gravy is super thin these days and came 3/4 full. Disappointing for sure. Especially when you spend $71. Also the zero delivery is not true if you get any other offer. We qualified for a $5 off but they charged us $3.99 delivery ?!?
