The operators of this restaurant seriously need to reevaluate their operation. The restaurant was very empty and there was a long wait time. The food was barely edible, with chicken nuggets that were overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. The oil used for cooking seemed to be too hot, resulting in poorly cooked burger patties that were gray, cold, and soggy. Even the fries, which I thought couldn't be messed up, were raw, cold, and soggy. It was clear that the staff were struggling to keep the food warm as we could hear them constantly trying to reheat it. The wait for our order was frustrating as we overheard that they were running out of ingredients. I had purchased food for my children but after tasting it myself, I couldn't allow them to eat it in good conscience.

This place only sells ice and drinks. After waiting for 20 minutes, we discovered that they do not serve food or water, whether bottled or tap. The prices are unreasonably high. Would not recommend dining here.

The food was not great and service was slow. The prices were typical for a high concession stand, with the best option being moderately priced. We waited 45 minutes for just 3 orders of chips and a burger. We could have gone back to the city and returned sooner.

It was said that the kitchen service was closed by the administration, just as I order before the line. available only drinks and ice cream. rather frustrating, as I heard the dame right in front of me, they give a complete order with fish and chips, drinks and burgers. this was so on a sunny weekend in the summer about 1 hour so midday. the kitchen should remain closed until an hour because it had too many shows to go through I see another review 5 hours ago announced that wraps were suddenly unavailable (S.s they were available until I came to the front of the line). there was no possibility that we drove in and out to deal with the search for parking space and the facility on the beach again. the peculiarities have to address this as they have lost a little business with such poor planning. who closes their kitchen in the middle of a lunch break?

Terrible customer service and dishonest employees. I asked for chicken wrap, but girl replied that they don’t do wraps at all today. But that was untruth because my friend ordered the same wrap 10 mins ago. So I asked girls to be honest with their customers,so their next answer was that they stopped doing wraps right now as they don’t have tortillas. So moral of the story is that I have received awful service from the dishonest employees. My advise to the owner: please keep an eye on your employees and make sure that they don’t lie to the customers.
