Was Anonym at Desi Junction a mag?
We've been here three times and everytime it's delicious. The staff are always friendly. The butter chicken is amazing. Meats are perfectly cooked. You can't go wrong here. Never had a bad dish. Get here if you can. View all feedback.

Went for lunch buffet. Poor quality of food. All I could taste was salt. Couldn't eat it. Stale food tastes like it was old. The lights above the buffet table were very dirty. The seats in restaurant are ripped everything is dirty. The floor is sticky when you walk on it. Men's washroom filthy had no paper towel. No hot water. Will never go back. View all feedback.
If you want rude service. this is the restaurant to go to. Not only is menu confusing. The woman named Harjit was very unhelpful and very short with manners. the food was disgusting but I guess if the staff is the food obviously will be.Harm Parmar
On the last couple of visits we noticed less selection of foods, absence of chicken wings and other specialty items. The veggie items seemed limp & stale, and the general feeling was that it was seconds being served ... and of course the price point is a bit rich ! Not likely to return any time soon
Ordered Chicken Kadai with Naans to go at Dinner on 30th Oct,2013 Night. Chicken was stale and looks like reheated from Lunch buffet. Called to complain that food is stale, but the Manager owner was a ruthless ill mannered fella...didnt even say sorry....and told us that why did you take the food...Wow food can get bad once a while but bad attitude has no cure. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
Check out my video review on the Vancity Food Crew Youtube channel for a closer look at Desi Junction, one of the many Indian restaurants along Scott Road in Surrey. I stopped in for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, which had a delicious and subtle flavor with generous chunks of chicken. The naan and rice were standard, and while the washrooms were a bit outdated, overall it was a satisfying meal. I would definitely return for lunch, but dining alone can be pricey if you don't share the dishes.
The dining experience was quite enjoyable, with delicious food and aesthetically pleasing presentation. However, the one aspect that fell short was the service; the hostesses could benefit from being more polished and attentive. Perhaps additional training is needed. Overall, it is a lovely establishment.
