Located in a bustling area, this Starbucks offers small, round tables that may not suit those working or studying comfortably. While the staff is generally friendly, slow service and frequent order errors tarnish the experience. Long wait times, especially at the drive-through, have become commonplace, leading many to seek alternatives. However, there are bright spots, such as exceptional customer service provided by staff members who go above and beyond to rectify mistakes. Though inconsistencies exist, the warm demeanor of the team leaves a glimmer of hope for a more satisfying visit. This location offers potential, but improvements are needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the infusion machine was out of order, but the service was excellent, and the staff was lovely.
Amazing service. We have frequented this Starbucks many times and have always been impressed by their service. The drinks are always correct and we are always satisfied. A few days ago we went for a coffee and the line up ended up being slow. We wouldn’t have Complained because sometimes it’s out of your control. But what made the experience amazing, they gave us free drinks for the delay! Amazing service and concept of care of their clients.
Nice enough place and nice employees trying their best, despite the constant flow of people. For those complaining about the slowness/quality of the service, how about you try working there yourself, and BE FAST and COURTEOUS with the ratio of employees to clients at the drive and the front. Same for those whining about them not having your special drink. It’s not the store’s fault and even less the employee’s. How about calling their logistics department, to talk this one out.? And get a free gift card or something. One last thing, be clear about petit/venti, not the employees fault if you fail to articulate properly ^ ^ XX
Only few tables available to stay and and do work
The staff is very helpful and the place is very organized. The place is small but never too crowded, so there are always places to sit. Drive through is quite quick and they haven’t made mistakes so far in the orders. If you ask them a question, they take the time to answer.
