I would like to give a 5-star review because the customer service at this Starbucks is truly amazing! I ordered delivery through the Uber Eats app and when my order arrived, there were a few mistakes and a missing drink. I called and spoke to Hannah, who carefully noted each mistake and promptly offered to replace all of my drinks. What Anonym dislikes about Starbucks:
The tables here are very small and round, as well as inexpensive. Two people who are working or studying will not be able to fit comfortably. Even if the restaurant is empty, the staff will not accommodate by moving a table. The service is not friendly. Perhaps dining elsewhere would provide a better experience. View all feedback.
I always hesitate to use the drive-thru because there is usually a long line that can take up to 20 minutes. However, I was pleasantly surprised this time as there was no wait at all. I placed a mobile order and it was ready for pick up within a few minutes. The service was excellent.
The previous Starbucks location in Delson was more comfortable and cozier. I appreciated the beautiful lifestyle elements in the old decor.
It's excessive to expect a tip at the drive-thru window. It's ridiculous how every place now expects a tip for minimal effort.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the infusion machine was out of order, but the service was excellent, and the staff was lovely.
Amazing service. We have frequented this Starbucks many times and have always been impressed by their service. The drinks are always correct and we are always satisfied. A few days ago we went for a coffee and the line up ended up being slow. We wouldn’t have Complained because sometimes it’s out of your control. But what made the experience amazing, they gave us free drinks for the delay! Amazing service and concept of care of their clients.
