What Ken Adams doesn't like about Pollo Tropical:
The food is standard as to what you’d get at any other Pollo Tropical location. However, this location needs to be renovated. The outdated and dirty interior make the atmosphere depressing. I’ve been to other locations that have been renovated and they are well-kept, clean and have a welcoming atmosphere. View all feedback.
Pollo Tropical got the best food. This is an amazing location and the drive thru staff is great. The food is excellent. I love Pollo
The girl that works the drive thru during 5pm had the nastiest attitude for no reason, it’s very uncalled for, the food is good etc, But I always leave with an headache when she works the drive thru, definitely needs to work on her customer service communication skills.
Second time we have ordered from here and the same situation happened.
