Subway - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Subway:
I arrived around 9:38 and went up to the door, only to have the staff shut it in my face. One worker made a cutting motion across her neck, indicating they were closed, while another sat outside and another took out the trash. I double-checked the hours, thinking I might have gotten it wrong, but the sign clearly said they were open until 10. I understand it was near closing time, but there are still reasons to serve... The person who made my sandwich did an excellent job. They were friendly and mentioned they were preparing it as if they were making it for themselves. Unlike many places where sandwiches are just hastily put together, here it felt thoughtfully constructed. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5.
