Big selection of ice cream and sundaes. The soft serve is delish! Friendly and informative staff. Got the cappuccino soft serve with chocolate crunch. Loved the spill proof cover that they had on my come, it really prevented that unwanted drip from melted ice cream. I really enjoyed my experience here although they seemed shorthanded. They have outdoor tables available for seating.

08/16/2022 Horrible service I ordered a small cup with pineapple and chocolate ice cream. The 1st girl Afro American used the spoon from the Reese?s pieces.. When I said I can?t have that pineapple cause I?m deathly a allergic to peanut butter and that would put me in The hospital. she rolled her eyes. She had the Spanish girl with the long hair assist with the rest of the order. She said she didn?t understand English! What kinda place is this that we?re in America andthey work in a predominantly English-speaking neighborhood and she says she doesn?t speak English. Maybe the owner should stress to his poor employees that don?t care about guest health the importance of not poisoning the guest!

My first time at this Carvel joint. I have been in Florida from a cruise and always like to get ice cream with my family. Took a whole week when we finally landed at your establishment lol...was pardon the pun, sweet and cool to sit outside and eat Carvel ice cream. IMO best ice cream.

Carvel ice cream is always great. They never get everything right at this location and I've been here many times over the years but those giving really angry one star reviews need to get a grip. Mean retired people. Not getting your ice cream right doesn't give a right to be nasty to people ANONYMOUSLY. I bet you wouldn't last an hour on this job.

Of course the cake was delicious? BUT the counter person who brought the cake in back to write a message on it couldn?t spell and asked more than once how to spell a simple name. When she brougjt it out it was not typical of people who write the salutation but in lage stick letters. That was disappointing but we had the party to get to? with the most unattractive cake we have ever gotten at a carvel.
