What Kira Torp doesn't like about Arby's:
the place is super old and has to squirt. the Soda machine wobbled while I tried to fill my drinking cup. no one of the tables where clean. all the tables were marked and the towel on them was crispy not soft. the food was also a 2 outta 5. Everything was good except for the crinkle cup fries were cold and the processed meat wasn't the same and they gave me horsey sauce not Arby's sauce
No employees in the building at 11:15 am on Sunday, July 31,2022. Doors unlocked. Lights on . I left unable to spend my money. Why would the owner allow this? I walked to a competitor next door and found the employees in the parking lot. One smoking and the other on his phone. Again, someone invested hundreds of thousands of dollars to open this restaurant yet allows this **** to happen? Wow. Just wow. Horrible.
Very competent and pleasant employees! Always get my order correct (Even though I always order the same exact thing every time, but they don't know that. This location is ace.
This place is horrible service sucks, dining room is not clean most times. Managers they don't listen good. Listening the customer is the key in business.
I only gave it 3 stars because this place already needs a MAJOR overhaul. I've been here for over 20 years and gone from a child with my parents and now as a grown-up, and they're just not up to date. at which point does this location receive an update and is already refreshed? it's hard to run and needs a lot of work. the personal is amazing. Eat is great! service is top notch. but please for the loves of all who are holy in this world, they already give them an update and get them to look again this place!
