When you pick up the box, yo... read more This is one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. I live in Texas, and there's really nothing that compares to Delphos pizza. When you pick up the box, you can tell there's a hearty meal waiting inside. It's cooked to perfection with incredibly fresh ingredients. Whenever I visit friends and family, this is definitely one of my go-to stops. I highly recommend it!

I then pl... read more Today, when I called about my credit, the lady found it without issue and asked if it was the credit from yesterday under my name. I confirmed it was. I then placed another order for a 21-inch pizza and onion rings. However, when I arrived to pick up the food, they claimed there was no credit. The owner approached me, stating she has strict policies regarding such matters and didn’t recall any credit being issued. She mentioned that she had instructed the lady on how to respond to me during the previous call. I showed her the picture and the receipt clearly indicating my request for no pink, yet she insisted there was nothing she could do. I decided not to take the food, which was unfortunate, and I drove away. This situation could have been resolved easily, and I don't understand how the owner couldn't recognize the problem and address it. We've been loyal customers of Jack's for years because the food is excellent, but the way this was handled makes me hesitant to recommend it or spend any more money there.
