Subway - Delmar
Subway
Description
At a local Subway, diners face a stark contrast between experience and expectation. Many lament a decline in quality, citing skimpy toppings on subs and poor customer service. Instances of rudeness, improper order handling, and cost-cutting practices have left customers feeling undervalued. However, not all feedback is negative—some patrons praise a cheerful staff and commendable service, noting the swift efficiency and kindness of specific employees. The inconsistent reviews underscore a dire need for management intervention to harmonize the dining experience, urging potential customers to consider their options carefully before choosing this location.

Becca was great even though she clearly had to many subs to make and not enough people helping her. Shame that management left her to do it all herself
There is a worker by the name of BECCA and she is super slow withmaking orders ?
This subway location is disappointing, as they skimp on toppings. It's astonishing that when you order a veggie sub, you receive so few vegetables. The owners seem focused on cutting costs, as they don’t provide the proper amount of ingredients for each sandwich. I wouldn't be surprised if they even saved a slice of meat from each sandwich to make another or to enjoy a free meal for themselves. I recommend avoiding this place and choosing a different location owned by another group instead.
The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly to everyone. However, on school days, there can be quite a few noisy middle schoolers.
This place is truly awful! The staff is very rude and disrespectful. I spent nearly $100 for my meal, and when my order was incorrect and missing items, the woman at the register told me that the owner refused to remake or fix the orders. I would never spend my money here again, given how poorly it's managed.
