I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. Yesterday, we stopped at this location to get some coffees while we were out running errands. We ordered 2 Frozen Coffees and had to wait a long time to receive them. After finally getting our drinks, we walked to a nearby grocery store. However, after taking a few sips, we noticed that the drinks did not taste right and had a metallic flavor. We returned to the restaurant and asked for a refund, but were told that no one there could process a refund and that they could remake our drinks instead. We agreed to have them remade, but requested Iced Coffees this time. The new drinks we received were large but were filled with half and half and ice. We still weren't satisfied and wanted our money back, but were advised to call the manager the next day. However, all attempts to reach the manager were unsuccessful as the phone line went straight to voicemail. I feel like I was cheated and it was a waste of time and money. Update: The store manager finally contacted me a day after my review was posted. She apologized and promised to send a gift card as a refund since I was unable to return in person. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received anything. I feel like I was cheated. Service: 1 star.
Quick and efficient service with no issues with my order. My food was ready quickly and there was very little wait time. The meal was a takeout order and the price per person was between $10 and $20. The food and service both received a rating of 4. I recommend trying their bagels.
