This restaurant attract users because of the brand name but when you visit you will not find food taste, service as you get in other sagar Ratna chain restaurants in delhi. This place neither offer good service nor good food. Most of the time North Indian food is unavailable here. Choices are limited and on top of that very unprofessional delivery. We have visited sagar ratna for lunch. There is no time to food served. We have order biryani with riyata or papad. But we receced papad or rayata after finish my briyani. Fathatic service
After watching movie in Galaxie Cineplex had a chance to dine at this place with family and friends. It has maintain the flavor and rates of its chain. The service is fast and food is tasty. Remember this is a South Indian Food specialty restaurant. Try ordering food from south Indian menu only.
They serve good South Indian dishes authentically made an served in stainless steel cutlery to maintain authenticity. Service time is good, but the staff bothers too much for further order. It is their job to ask the guest for further order but they should let the guest atleast enjoy what has been ordered and then politely ask for next order.
There was a time when the food,service and cleanliness of Sagar Ratna was very good, but now...please improve
