The Second Mouse - Delhi

Super helpful and knowledgeable about everything cheese. We had a lovely conversation bought some delicious applewood cheese and I'm pretty sure she gave us a deal. She seemed busy when we first got there and she took the time to chat and tell us about all the many different types of cheeses she had even tried a few. I'm glad that delhi has business owners like this. Overall couldn't ask for more from a business. Helpful, friendly, very knowledgable would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be back.

Theresa the owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The store itself is clean and bright. She carries a variety of imported and locally made cheese and share recommendations on how it should be stored properly, as well and how to pair the products with wine, beer and other foods. She also has a wide range of associated products such as infused oils, gourmet crackers, cutting boards etc. I have purchased a number of trays for social get together and they are always a hit.

Excellent selection of domestic and Imported cheeses, provided by a knowledgable owner (and samples if you're not sure). You can also find a nice selection of deli items or have a light lunch. This is a great place and a real bonus for a small town!

We visited The Second Mouse with a bunch of friends, so we were able to try a bunch of different cheeses with our gourmet bread. I can't remember them all, but the whiskey cheddar was awesome (don't forget to let it come to room temp before serving). The Espresso was out of this world. A dry cheese, but it leaves a fruity taste in the mouth. Our absolute favourite was the carmelized onion. The asiago rosemary was also delicious. I have a feeling ANY cheese from here would be greatly enjoyed. Do plan a visit.
