This is the best course I’ve played in the area. It has a lot of character is very difficult. Par fours have some very difficult tea shots where if you don’t play them right you’re gonna have a tough time getting there in two. Best thing about this course was the greens. Just stayed the night here before going to Poverty Point the next morning. Excellent place and would highly recommend.
The course and greens were in great shape—a very nice 18-hole golf course. The food in the restaurant there is excellent. Highly recommended for a public course.
Hosted mom's 90th birthday dinner here. Beautiful location.
Wish they had 630 tee times, but after speaking with the pro shop and grounds attendants they only have three guys to keep this course beautiful. Awesome layout with hazards everywhere. We were the first off so we had some water on the greens from them watering, but other than that great morning. Loved this course.
Good time. Place to chill putt and drive to warm up. Had plenty of carts and staff was nice. Just hot as it is to be expected in Louisiana. The ninth green was the only green that I could complain about it could have used a little work otherwise excellent
