Typical Starbucks. Fairly fast service based on customer load for the time of day. Nice simple store. Do not care that the Mobil orders on counter have to be touched by every person coming to pick one up. There should be someone giving the orders out. Anyone could do anything to the food and drinks. Not to mention just passing germs from touching the food and drinks; who knows where a persons hands have been before e... View all feedback.
What Vee C doesn't like about Starbucks:
Does anyone care that their coffee has a burnt taste? I mean if you go there I gotta ask WHY? Because it 's upscale or your trying to impress someone? Are you like a coffee snob and willing to drink burnt swill just to say "please give me a Grande? You do know the small medium and grande are exactly the same size. I do like the pastries, like Italian pastries not sweet and dry but, not enough to willing go there. Ski... View all feedback.
The other 1-star comments I've seen align perfectly with how I feel about this Starbucks location. A couple of my friends and I used to visit a few times a day, finding comfort and enjoyment in the routine, but now I find myself increasingly going to other restaurants instead. The reason for this change is primarily due to the behavior of Kim, a barista at this Starbucks location, whose demeanor is not just unwelcoming but downright nasty. Her way of speaking, coupled with gestures that are far from welcoming, creates an atmosphere where I feel unwanted and deeply uncomfortable. It's shocking to be treated with such disdain, especially in a place where customers should feel welcome. The consistency of negative feedback from other customers regarding Kim's behavior only confirms that this is not an isolated issue but a significant problem that needs addressing. Management: Why is someone who displays such disrespectful behavior towards customers allowed to continue in a customer-facing role?

Paid for a venti, received a grande in a venti cup. Didn’t notice until I got home as you can see, I haven’t taken a sip yet.
I don’t think the two ladies working there know what they are doing!! They made my coffee too sweet. I have taken coffee from 10 other Starbucks the same way and got it as I expected. But, they didn’t know what to do. One of them was not clean. Didn’t have a good experience.
