The food quality varies, with some dishes being overcooked or cold, but the authentic Italian flavors shine through. The service is hit or miss, with long wait times and mixed reviews on server attentiveness. The special dinner events receive high praise for their delicious dishes and pairings. Overall, Speck is a cozy spot for a leisurely meal, offering a fantastic cocktail menu and good Italian wine selection. The Lemoncello is a must-try! Support this restaurant during these challenging times.
A nice dinner with family for birthday. The drinks are good and they have a nice selection for a beer list. We didn't think they had a very good wine list, but they had so many other options that were good. You have a small menu and we all enjoyed our meals. Parking is definitely a challenge. We used (on our own risk) the bank parking lot above the road. The bank was closed, so we decided to take a chance. (You have to swing shields everywhere, so that only at your own risk.) It's a small restaurant, but I loved the ambience. The waitress was great and they brought a really delicious creamy after dinner drinking for the birthday child. Don't miss Dessert! Had given these 5 stars, but the parking lot was really hard. I recommend you try it!
We decided to have a random date night. I'm so glad we made it! The food was delicious and service was excellent!! The appetizers sounded so good we decide to get 3 and share a main course! The best Italian I had in the center so far!
I'm a pretty picky eater when it comes to restaurants. I like high-quality food, cheap or expensive. If it's good, it's good. Period. Speck Italian Eatery is a safe fire. I was here twice and tried 6 dishes because I shared dishes with family. This place is a safe fire. Make your reservation because it is worth it. It is also fun to get several people various dishes so that you cam try all. Hands down, one of the best restaurants I was. Philippines, Japan or Ohio, this food is good. I'd sell my family for an endless supply for the comfit wings. I would have made a picture of the Bucatini, but I ate everything too fast. Seasonal menú, which I personally do not always like because I find it unpredictable, but again, this place is a safe fire.
Ohh! You have to get the Lemoncello! Uh may zing! This Italian cuisine was wonderful! We sat in our own greenhouse/igloo with Spital Grad Hepa filter and heating. Air flows well and it was just us! The service was overwhelming! Anna was our server and Abby was our bartender. You were personal, super nice, and great at adoption, don't forget to be attentive! Food was wonderful red snapper, oysters, and of course cocktails! Your 50/50 martini is fabulous! High, highly recommended if you are looking for something a citrus, a tiny tad sweet, but not too strong. We had a wonderful evening here and recommend this place very much. Visit for Date Night and feel completely safe in your own little hub. Extremely clean and mitigation of COVID was great!
Very nice service. It's a small operation with a warm atmosphere and they take the time to make the dishes right, not the place for a quick eat, so be prepared to be a bit patient- Quality takes time I ordered the shrimp scampi and it was very tasty
