Yummy is one of my top choices for breakfast. Whether I'm looking for a hearty meal or just have a craving for fried chicken, it's the ideal spot. The service is always friendly and courteous. Each time I visit, I'm welcomed with a warm smile and leave feeling completely satisfied.

I visit this restaurant regularly, and I have to say I don't share the same opinions as many of the reviews regarding the hot meals. Tonight, I arrived a bit later than usual and opted for a family meal. Both Sherri and Grover, my coworkers, demonstrated professionalism in managing different customer personalities. Even though it was nearing closing time, they were kind and patient with me. A big thank you to the food service staff at this establishment!

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service during my recent visit. I went through the drive-thru and discovered that something I believed I had ordered was missing. It seemed the young man who took my order hadn’t heard me correctly and didn’t include it. The woman handling my situation, Anne, was quite unprofessional. She grabbed my receipt to show me that the item I requested wasn’t listed and waved it so quickly in front of my face that I couldn’t even read it. When I asked to add the missing item to my order and paid for it, I requested the original receipt to check the details since I hadn’t had a good look at it. I noticed two side items on the receipt that I hadn’t ordered and asked for them to be removed. Anne argued with me about those items being part of the kids' meals, but I had ordered different sides for them. Eventually, she started processing my refund but then complained to the young man at the window about me while I was standing right there. I pointed out that it was his mistake in taking my order, and the situation wasn’t my fault. As she handed me the refund, her tone was very condescending. She said something like, “It’s loud in here, sweetheart; we’re busy. We have people in the back and at the front. You’re not the only customer we have, sweetheart.” It was clear she didn’t want to take the time to provide proper service and just wanted me to leave. All I wanted was to take home the correct order and not be overcharged, which didn’t seem like a lot to ask. At no point did I raise my voice or behave inappropriately to warrant such treatment from Anne. I’ve visited this KFC many times in the past and have always had positive experiences with the staff, so this encounter was truly disappointing.

Yummy, one of my favorite fast food restaurants. When you want to grab a dish or just in the mood for fried chicken, perfect place. The service is always friendly and polite. Every time I go get food, nothing but friendly smiles and always have a satisfaction on my standard.

I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn’t receive something I thought I ordered. Apparently the young man didn’t hear me correctly and didn’t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customer service was, Anne.
