The service is always friendly and polite. Every time I go get food, nothing but friendly smiles and always have a satisfaction on my standard.

Apparently the young man didn’t hear me correctly and didn’t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customer service was, Anne. She grabbed the receipt to show me the item I asked for wasn't on the receipt and waived it in my face so fast I didn’t have time to read it. So I asked to add the missing item to my order and paid for it and also asked for the origi

Manager couldn 't accept a coupon from KFC because they didn 't have a button for it on their register...told us to try Mansfield (50 miles away) acted like not... read more Manager couldn 't accept a coupon from KFC because they didn 't have a button for it on their register...told us to try Mansfield (50 miles away) acted like not their problem...we went to Marion KFC...they didn 't have a button either but manager was able to honor the coupon with no problem...was fast, friendly, and professional...advise you to skip Delaware and go to Marion to begin with.

Biscuit was hard and cool. Definitely not worth $7

Thank you to our food service workers
