The chicken was tasty, and the service was outstanding. However, the biscuits were a bit overbaked, with the tops being hard rather than soft.
I had a coupon for a free sandwich and asked if I could get it without the bun, but I was rudely told no. I've worked in the food industry a lot and have never encountered that before. I understand no substitutions, but if I can have the sandwich without pickles, why not without the bun? The manager’s explanation was that the coupon says "sandwich." The restaurant was dirty and the food was below average, so at least some friendliness would be expected. Honestly, I’m not sure why I’m writing this—this place has been like this for years and nothing ever changes. If you can drive a bit further to another KFC, it’ll definitely be worth it.
The KFC menu was a big disappointment—the biscuits were as hard as rocks, the macaroni and cheese tasted old and crunchy, and the chicken was cold and stale. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
Yummy, one of my favorite fast food restaurants. When you want to grab a dish or just in the mood for fried chicken, perfect place. The service is always friendly and polite. Every time I go get food, nothing but friendly smiles and always have a satisfaction on my standard.
I received terrible customer service. I went through the drive through and didn’t receive something I thought I ordered. Apparently the young man didn’t hear me correctly and didn’t add it to the order. The woman who provided the terrible customer service was, Anne. She grabbed the receipt to show me the item I asked for wasn't on the receipt and waived it in my face so fast I didn’t have time to read it.
