J. Gumbo's Delaware County - Delaware

First visit I walked in and my dining companion was already sampling items. And as soon as I walk up, I am being handed samples as well. The staff offered me a bite of the bumblebee stew and the bourbon chicken. I liked both, but I had shown up for some more traditional Cajun food with some spice. And then I find out I don’t have to decide on one item as you can order combo entrees for a small up charge. I happily ordered a combo bowl of jambalaya and gumbo. And they offer sour cream, cheese, green onion and jalapeño toppings and I said “yes.” I enjoyed my first visit and have already decided on my choice for my next visit.

This place is so delicious but they don’t seem to have many customers whenever I stop in. I usually get the crawfish etouffee. Give this place a try when you’re in the area

First time eating here, service was good, atmosphere was ok. The food was horrible and the cherry cobble not enough cherry too much crisp
