Arby’s is a great option for a quick meal for our family! I really appreciate that they offer healthier choices with their Market Fresh sandwiches. They are also very tasty!
I absolutely love the curly fries! The fish sandwich is fantastic, although it doesn't always appear on the menu. So far, this Arby's has maintained a perfect accuracy rate with my orders, which is impressive. The service here is notably attentive and friendly, especially compared to other fast-food options in the area. Even though this location is relatively new, it features a charming, old-fashioned single-lane drive-thru, ensuring that you won’t have to merge with other cars.
I normally do not expect amazing service at a fast food restaurant, however. This location sure is rude. I ordered my food pulled around to pay at the window. Lexi was so rude. She threw my money at me...didn't say a word and shut the drive threwwindow. Started talking about me to the African American girl she was working with. They both were glaring at me and talkingabout me. Very rude!
I had my 3 little kids with me, they?re all young and we?re playing. As I corral my littles the young lady at the register looks at me with a disgusted face ?that?s why I don?t have 3 kids? Absolutely terrible customer service.
They were not busy and our food took forever. The shake was fine. The roast beef was tepid and crunchy around the edges
