Great service and choice. Had strawberry butter milk pancakes and it was very good. Only complaint is coffee burned.

Very well maintained restaurant. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had scrambled eggs and haash brown. However, I had no chance to taste the hash brew due to other things that were not caused by the restaurant. The food is as good as my favorite places in my hometown in Texas.

I came here on a Friday afternoon and the business was slow and everything went perfectly. Then my family came on Mother's Day and it was packed and they held seats even though they were far behind. Two couples stood up and just walked away and everyone was always crazy and said the food was cold. It was a HILARIOUS and a GREAT that makes 4/5 WATCH. I'd give it five, but I'm still waiting for syrup and ketchup. Thank you. Perkins for an unforgettable lunch
