Brodies Beef - Delavan

I had a wonderful lunch experience. When I requested extra pickles, the staff generously provided me with three. The young woman at the counter was exceptionally friendly. After I returned home, which is about an hour away, I realized I had accidentally left my purse in the booth. I quickly went back just before they closed at 7:45 p.m., and to my relief, the same young lady was still there. Everything in my purse was intact, and I feel incredibly lucky and grateful. I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in Delavan!

The cleanliness of the restaurant was concerning; the floors, booths, and tables all looked dirty. Additionally, there were discrepancies between the prices listed on the paper menu and the prices on the menu above the grill. When I asked about this, I was told that the prices had changed but new menus hadn’t been printed yet. Isn’t that misleading? When I voiced my concerns to the staff, both portly young men essentially ignored me and sarcastically wished me happy holidays. It was clear to my husband and me that these two had no interest in providing a pleasant or enjoyable dining experience, which is a real shame because those are two crucial aspects of any restaurant.
