Smoothie King - DeLand

I've enjoyed Smoothie King Smoothies for over 20 years. So I was glad to find a new store near my location when the Deland store opened first. I went in and asked my favorite drink. Not on the menu, but it doesn't matter to me to pay for a substituted ingredients or whatever. I was told they didn't. I asked if they had the first ingredient, then the second and so on. Yes for everyone! I was frustrated. Last year or two I had my requested smoothie in other shops and competition. TODAY, back to the Deland shop and demand my custom three ingredient smoothie and was said that we don't do custom smoothies. Not another customer in the store and no car by customers. I wasn't rude, but I just had to get out of frustration. Owner/Manager should really treat this problem with the staff. Btw went the tropical smoothie and got what I wanted....with a smile. I'm not back.

You have the best recreational smoothies. I love their chocolate banana smoothes, repeating the nutrients I lost during exhausting exercises

Yummy smoothie for the post work meal and lunch replacement. this is the sweet tooth without being excessively sweet. I slept full for dinner after a long 3 mile walk.

This place is a hit and measures the quality, but the customer service is very rare even decent. I don't write bad or good reviews in the rule, because if the customer service is bad or quality is bad, I just don't come back. but I really think if you've trained better, this place would be great.

Just left smoothie king. Nothing but ice and chunks in my smoothie. I called to let them know I can't come back because I have to be at work at 1. They want me to bring the drinks 5:30 later to show proof that we didn't drink it and that's the only way they can make another one for us. I love smoothie king never had an issue but they could have done something better than that. Just went back there and they re-made my smoothies. Such a big difference! Thanks for the-making those!
