Contribute Feedback What Lindsay Meraz doesn't like about Qdoba Mexican Eats:
I ordered a rice bowl from the restaurant but it was missing the rice I had requested and instead had beans that I had specified I did not want. As someone with Celiac disease, I was pleased that the server quickly changed gloves before preparing my meal. However, I was disappointed to find that my food was only lukewarm when I took it to my car. It was not hot at all, so I had to microwave it at home to heat it up. I was concerned about the food potentially sitting out for too long without proper heating, which could result in food poisoning. When I tried to call the restaurant to share my feedback, I discovered that the phone number on my receipt was incorrect according to Verizon. This was very frustrating. I will not be going back to that location.
I ordered a rice bowl from the restaurant but it was missing the rice I had requested and instead had beans that I had specified I did not want. When I pointed this out to the restaurant, they blamed Uber Eats, the delivery service I had used. Despite paying over $20 in fees and tips for delivery, I had to go to the store myself to get the correct order. I believe that in situations like this, where a customer pays for delivery but still has to go to the store due to an error, those fees should be refunded. This mistake was not made by Uber Eats but by Qdoba. However, I do want to acknowledge that the staff at the store were very friendly.
