What User doesn't like about Ella's Public House:
It was horrible! I ordered the short braise ribs and they came in 3 pieces that had fat all over the top! I was very disgusted by the appearance I lost my appetite. The waitress took it back and brought me a pretzel chicken sandwich out instead, which looked even more disgusting to eat. Was not impressed with the food. Very underwhelming
Had the chicken sandwich, it was delicious. Baked onion soup and cheese curds were excellent.
The ribs were very good. The service was good. The drink special was good. Kind of a weird environment with the dining areas, bar and video slots but that may be normal around here. We are from out of state. It didn’t bother us, it was just new for us. Overall a nice place.
Delicious spare ribs (pictured), steak, nachos and a pretzel. Excellent craft beers on tap and a good children's menu... Great wait staff and a friendly atmosphere. A great place to eat.
We went on a Friday night at 7:30 told it would be about 20 minute wait. We were seated around the quoted time. Ordered fairly quickly once seated and then after an hour still had no food. Waiter told us it would still be another few minutes. Apparently a large group put the kitchen into a frenzy and they couldnt keep up with the other tables. We left never got our food. Contrary to the owners comment we sat down at 7:45 and it was 8:45 when we left. We paid for drinks at the bar and order a single drink at the table. And you don?t have to worry about us coming back we won?t no worries.
