Despite some negative reviews regarding customer service and pricing, Bennolis is a small, family-owned pizza place that seems to have won over some customers with its friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and delicious pizza and breadsticks. While some have had issues with the value of gift cards, cold pizza, and unavailability of certain menu items, others appreciate the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere. It may not be the most extraordinary pizza joint in the area, but Bennolis seems to have its loyal fans who enjoy the tasty food at reasonable prices.
I have been trying to support this shop because it?s local and family owned. However, while the pizza is good it is not outstanding and you can get same or better taste in the area for a fraction of their price. So that?s problem one, price is much higher. And two, please forget about getting salad here please! For example Greek salad that cost $7.00 is composed of lots of lettuce and few croutons and other identified veggies? Who heard of Greek salad that has lettuce and croutons. Oh well I do hope they make prices more reasonable as at this point there is no reason to really go here as their pizza doesn?t really stand out. Sorry I feel I am being harsh but I am just being realistic.
Small place with 3 tables. The workers are helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed watching them making the pizzas. The pizza tasted good and the parmesan bread sticks were fluffy and delicious. Prices were inline with other non chain pizza places nearby.
