However, some experiences are marred by uneven service and quirks, such as bleach being sprayed during meals, causing discomfort for guests. Though staffing issues arose during peak times, dedicated waitstaff made efforts to ensure customer satisfaction. While not every dish hit the mark—some finding certain items overly spicy—most patrons appreciate the value and are likely to return for more satisfying meals.
Had an amazing experience at Delafield Applebee's recently; after the Pewaukee location closed we followed Robin to her new store and were very impressed with this store. This location is clean and very well run. We will be back!
The food is so good but the service?! Even more impeccable! Robin is such a great server. Always friendly, positive attitude and just such a great person!
Everything was wonderful staff, food atmosphere, even the restroom was spotless. Great job to that location
We came in at a busy time for a celebratory meal. The manager Lucio was hosting and serving. There was only one other server on. Two tables became impatient and left before they were even asked about drinks. We received our appetizers five minutes beforeour meal. Service took longer than expected but the meals we had were delicious. If this manager would have abided by thestaffs availability, he wouldn't have lost 5-6 people in a matter of a couple of months. Expecting others to cover call-ins andno shows he lost my daughter. She loved her job, but not management and their lack of retention.
I have Celiac Disease and the waiter was great about asking clarifying questions to ensure my safety. Ordered the ribs and fries(they're in a dedicated fryer). My god when they call them fall off the bone ribs they really mean it, absolutelydelicious????
