Blue Oasis Grill - Del Rio

I was not pleased with the food. The catfish had too much breading, and the mac and cheese was cold, clearly from a box. I was also let down by the cocktail I ordered; it didn't have any trace of alcohol. Although it took some time to receive our food, the server was attentive and pleasant. Overall, I felt it was a waste of my money.

The food was quite mediocre considering the higher price. The alligator bites were battered and fried, resembling chewier chicken nuggets in taste. Overall, it's not a particularly memorable restaurant, though it could be a decent bar for watching football games.

This restaurant offers a wide variety of menu options, attentive service, and delicious drinks. I've only visited once before, but since my sister (who is very particular about her food) comes here almost weekly, I knew it had to be worth it. We reserved the back room for a large family gathering, and the wait staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. The portions were generous, and the appetizers were absolutely delicious. A helpful tip: be patient as it can get quite busy, and make sure to tip the staff well. I wouldn't recommend the mac and cheese, but definitely try the fried avocado!

This is definitely been one of my favorite watering holes while in Del Rio. The food service is excellent! I would highly recommend alligator bites, calamari, and or the mushrooms as an appetizer and to drink, they can make about anything but one of my favorites was the trash can !

The fish platter was this Friday's special and it was ???? and the chicken fried steak was enormous. We also had the fried mushrooms and fried avocados which we always go for as appetizers. The food was on point highly recommended and the service was by a Khloe and was very tentive and made sure that the food came out nice and hot On point.
