I asked the woman behind the counter about one of the baked goods, and she replied that they no longer offer any vegan options. She mentioned that the vegan food had not been successful and spoke somewhat negatively about it. I was confused as to why they still had a handwritten sign listing several vegan baked goods, and she informed me that those items were actually gluten-free and not vegan. I decided to leave. While I know that the juices are automatically vegan, I was put off from ordering one after my conversation with her. This is an update to my previous review from October 20, 2022.

I ended up tossing the last... read more As for mine, I was struggling to suck up chunks of banana, ice, cashews, and dates through my straw (or they were stuck at the end). I ended up tossing the last quarter of my smoothie because there was no liquid left, just a bunch of chunks. They used to be thick, creamy, and satisfying, but they’ve definitely changed. I’m really bummed and will be looking for another place to get smoothies from now on. I would have gone back to request a new smoothie or ask for it to be blended again, but the line was long and the service was painfully slow with only two staff members handling a lot of orders. I had already waited a significant amount of time, and I couldn't wait any longer. On a positive note, the young staff behind the counter were very polite and professional, which I appreciated.
