I went in with my mom to grab some steak bagels, but we were not greeted when we arrived. We stood at the counter for about seven minutes waiting to place our order, but nobody took it. After finally ordering from the machine, we waited over twenty minutes for our food. Meanwhile, the manager was running food outside for the drive-through. I went in with my mom to grab some steak bagels, but we were not greeted when we arrived. We stood at the counter for about seven minutes waiting to place our order, but nobody took it. After finally ordering from the machine, we waited over twenty minutes for our food. Meanwhile, the manager was running food outside for the drive-through. It was a horrible experience, as it felt like they prioritized the drive-through customers over us. The food also seemed rushed. Such a shame! Thank you, Erin.
