Subway - DeKalb

Order my first time from this subway during the pandemic. I only give 4 stars, because I am on a low-salt diet and everything is high in sodium. I have a delicious tuna with vegetables and peppers. Fast service for me and my friend. We were the only customers in the restaurant. There were several cars in the thru drive that seemed to move at a smooth pace. We ate at a table outside the restaurant, because at this time you cannot sit in any restaurant.

This Subway is about average. The employees are as dull as they get... Meaning no conversation above and beyond the minimum expectation. The building is old, and probably hasn't been remodeled since the early 2000's. Besides those two negatives this Subway always delivers exactly what I'm expecting, a delicious sandwich!

Consistent with quality, accuracy, speed and ease of use. always happy with this place! I even drive out of my sometimes here because it is my favorite subway in the opposite

Faster service and the personal is really nice! it is in a popular location, so there is a lot of other shopping possibilities close to.

I had a terrible experience in this subway this morning. I put an order for picking up on the way to work and when I went into the load, the order was not there, although it said it was ready. the manager told me that someone had already picked up my order, although I said it was not me and they showed me a picture of someone who picked up my order. they refused to revoke my order or give me a refund, although I was not the one who could pick it up because all that was important to them had already taken it. this is very disgusting now, I run late to work without lunch. I wish I could give 0 stars.
