I really enjoyed the pizza; it was packed with flavor. I ordered a personal pan pizza. However, the staff member was working alone, making it difficult to get things like napkins and extra cheese. Other customers also went to the kitchen for assistance, but the worker only emerged when the doorbell rang. I ended up going behind the front counter to grab my own napkins and cheese. This restaurant serves as a modern replacement for the beloved old Pizza Hut. I miss the cozy ambiance of the original wooden decor. Horrible service the girl keeps hanging up the phone on me when I call to order food then puts me on hold everyone I call an just leaves me ther the Pizza Hut in sycamore is way better !
The food is always good. The employees made me feel welcome
Had great customer service here! Ordered a dinner box for my boyfriend and I, got breadsticks, cinnamon sticks and a pizza with half cheese half pineapple, as well as an order of wings. The pizza was warm and everything was correct. I also asked to buy a cup of nacho cheese as I forgot to add it to my order and was given it for free, as well as a free order of cinnamon sticks. Everyone in there was very sweet!
Get a better gluten free crust, or cook it better. 3rd straight time the crust was either burnt or dried out to the point of it being brittle. Toppings are very good, but the crust is a total disappointment.
The manager there is always friendly and nice. It also ensures that the pizza is made as it wants (especially cheese pizza). Even though she was the only one in the restaurant that makes the pizzas and runs the counter, she has always shown excellent customer service.
