Buffalo Wild Wings - DeKalb

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely poor. The drink dispenser was malfunctioning, there were no sodas available, and I even found hair in my lemonade. The lack of attention from the staff, combined with incorrect orders, made for a terrible evening that felt like a waste of money. To make matters worse, they accidentally brought out a second order of our appetizers along with the main courses. When I informed the server that we had already received them, he insisted they were extras and left them on the table anyway. They were cold by the time we got them, and we ended up being charged for them. If I had received better service earlier on, I might have addressed these issues, but instead, I ended up leaving feeling frustrated and with dirty hands since I couldn’t access the bathroom or get napkins for our 50-piece wing order. I definitely won't be returning.

As an employee, I experienced a serious issue where our district manager, Rick, allowed us to work until 11 PM without access to functioning restrooms or urinals due to problems at the facility. This situation lasted for at least 4-5 hours. With all nearby places closed after 8 or 9 PM, it was unreasonable to expect workers to manage without bathroom access. It's hard to believe that he thought this was acceptable. Such conditions seem unlawful, and I genuinely think he should be held accountable. Thankfully, I no longer work for this terrible company.

The restaurant offers Nashville hot sauce, which is a good start. It's known for its chicken sandwiches, so I expected better. Unfortunately, my sandwich arrived lukewarm, suggesting it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The bun was hard on the outside and lacked flavor, with only a small amount of sauce on it. The drink I ordered was a classic Old Fashioned, but the bartender had to read the recipe from a card, despite it being on their famous drink list. Overall, I wanted to love this place, but I was left disappointed.

The last three experiences here were not good. tonight we make a $40 order for pickup at 530, prepaid. we arrive at 540 and the personal does not know where the order is. they remember to do it, so someone came and took it from the rule to go. perfect. they offer to make the food or get a manager to get my money back. I've been sitting for 15 minutes when I was told. Fucking happens, but it always seems to happen at this place.

Usually empty, never enough staff, food is good. With not many restaurants like this in DeKalb I really want it to succeed but it's always a miss and takes way too long to get through a meal.
